Hi I'm Mitchell and I have owned Bull Terriers since 1993, my first being George the American Pit Bull, George was an amazing dog and there was nothing he could not do, no tree he would not climb no wall he could not jump he was dog agressive so there was never a dull moment with him but as the years passed he did become easier to socialise with other dogs as long as I kept one eye on him. George eventualy died from cancer of the spleen (age 13) after an operation to remove the spleen the cancer had managed to spread through his body he went to sleep quietly around 10pm in his favourite spot in the garden (this was the only medical problem he ever had and believe me he got up to some mischief). George was a wonderful example of the breed and the best companion I could have ever asked for he was good to me, my family and touched the hearts of those that had the pleasure of his company, but more importantly he changed peoples perceptions and opinions of this type of breed.
GEORGE @ 12 YEARS OLD
OSCAR 1ST DAY HOME @ 11 MONTHS
OSCAR IN CONDITION AROUND 15 MONTHS
A few months passed and I realised how lost I was not owning a dog browsing the internet I was suprised to find Blue coloured Staffords and decided this to be my first choice and after looking at a litter from Valglo & Crashkon lines I could not resist and gave in !
I found me a Blue dog and named him Jehst
After a few more months of looking around I came across a litter in the West Midlands home to the Stafford the Sire of the litter Blue Tye was bred from Sparpit(Amos Bane) & Stockade dogs Blue Tyes Dam Mia's Mirical was bred from
Crashkon lines and the Dam is from a breeding set up by Andy from Hallashron she is a line bred Bitch from Sparpit & Stockade dogs.I had three girls to choose from, I chose the small Blue girl with White markings and named her Nina

Through finding Nina my mind has been opened up to a world of Staffords I did not know existed from reading Pitt Bull books written by Richard Stratton I was under the impression that Staffords were the show counterpart of the APBT this could not be further from the truth as much as I love many show bred Staffords I am not a big fan of the game as a whole and feel there has been to many changes to breed type because of this (just my opinion).
In the past two years I have attended Sporting/athletic dog events and researched many lines of Staffordshire Bull Terriers and believe the breed thrives in the athletic environment much more so then it does in dog shows - to observe dogs participating in athletic events is a complete joy for both the dog and its owner and something I shall be hopefully enjoying for many years to come -
This year I was very fortunate to have had my name on a waiting list for a pup from a very knowledgable dogman.
The result are these wonderful pups

Here at Oldenstaff we now own this wonderful Bitch Shady
.....and this handsome devil H.
All my dogs are KC registered and either hereditary/tested clear from HC-1 and L-2HGA
